Shipping & Returns

We offer free tracked nationwide shipping within New Zealand including rural addresses.

Some products are unable to be shipped to rural addresses due to size/length. We will do our best to ensure these details are listed on each product before you make your purchase.

Some products may require additional processing time frames for materials to be available, customisations and then shipping. We will do our best to communicate these time frames with you directly when your order is placed.

All orders are processed within 4 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Some delays outside of our control such as global logistics, flight delays, flooding and local courier/postal delays within NZ may occur.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@mountmarine.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

P.O. boxes

We do not ship items to PO boxes.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 25 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us  at info@mountmarine.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
